SDI/NAUI UNDERWATER ENVIRONMENT COURSE FACT SHEET

Course Schedule
One classroom session (approximately 3.5 hours), Two open water dives (to be completed on any regularly scheduled dive trip)
Class can be scheduled anytime (call for details)

Prerequisites
SDI/NAUI Scuba Diver or Equivalent
At least 12 years old
Desire to have fun and learn more about diving

Special Features
Orientation to plant and animal life
Orientation to varying environmental conditions
Orientation to new dive locations

Course Investment
Only $$$. The fee includes certification, specialty equipment and instructor supervision during all dives.

Student Responsibilities
Attend one classroom session
Read and understand any supplemental material
Provide scuba equipment and transportation
Pay for and attend one scheduled dive trip
Demonstrate proper use of scuba equipment
Monitor air (500 psi min.), Depth (60’ max.), time (varies)
Utilize a computer or dive tables to prepare for each dive
Log all dives and request an Instructor signature
Be prompt and prepared to dive (mentally and physically)
Meet with Instructor after each dive for a debriefing
